Shutters by the Sea
“Shutters” boasts all the style and architectural detail of a Seaside home, for about half the price.
The main house has three bedrooms plus a third floor tower room with futon. The Guest House is a very spacious, yet private residence with bed and bathroom, living room and morning kitchen. In all, you’ll enjoy over 3300 square feet of interior living space and 2200 square feet of wrap-around porches and patios. All beautifully landscaped with indigenous plantings, swaying palm trees, and your very own 20 foot x 20 foot private heated pool. Best of all, you’re just 100 yards from the sugary white beaches, and turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Start your day with a cup of coffee on the tower balcony over-looking the ocean. Then head out on the 18 mile bike trail just across the street, or walk the beach to Seaside, bringing back delicious muffins for the entire family. They’ll tumble out of bed with smiles on their faces from their spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Every bedroom opens out to one of the many exterior porches.
The grandparents, or another couple, will love their private guesthouse with side stairway entrance to the pool deck and wraparound walkway to the main house. This separate house is designed in soothing shades of sage green and off-white and includes a TV/VCR in the living room, wet-bar, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot in the morning kitchen.
The large master suite in the main house is a Pottery Barn-inspired design in periwinkle blue and white, and includes an armoire with TV, and a large bath with spa tub for two, and separate shower. French doors lead you out to your own porch with ocean view and Adirondack chairs.
Just down the hall, past the linen and laundry room, is another second floor master suite – a charming mix of wicker and distressed white wood against kiwi green walls. This includes a large bath and shower and again, French doors leading to the wrap-around porch. The first floor bedroom includes two twin beds, a full bath, French doors to the porch, and connects to the wide-open Tuscan yellow main living area.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, with generous breakfast island and an antique pine dining table that seats up to ten. This home was once featured in a house walk and you’ll see it in the decorating details of the inviting and comfortable living room, charming furnishings, and artwork. Outside on the deck, you and the kids will enjoy the private pool which, unlike many of the community pools in the area, is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees in the spring and fall.
Complete your day with a family dinner inside or poolside, cooked up on the gourmet outdoor gas grill. Afterwards, you can head to the tower room with full futon-sofa, TV/VCR, wet bar and refrigerator, and a separate game table for puzzles or fun activities.
Or step out on the third floor tower balcony to enjoy the sunset and gentle sea breezes over-looking the Gulf of Mexico.
Later the whole family may want to bike ride over to Seaside for a twice-weekly concert and some ice cream. “Shutters by the Sea” has such a relaxing atmosphere
The only decision you’ll have to make is whether to spend the day at the beach, or pool, or golf course, or shopping, or bicycling, or hiking, or just taking a nap!

This is not a “budget rental”, but is our second home and kept up beautifully. Our condo has beautifully renovated kitchen and baths. We have installed upgraded tile floors and area rugs throughout the unit, which means there will never be dirty carpet. It’s your vacation – enjoy the best!

Located on Seagrove Beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, on the Panhandle of Florida. The area is known for its beautiful, turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. Seagrove beach is a beautiful, quiet beach ideal for families and couples.
Our unit is only one mile from Seaside. Across the street is a convenience store, pizza place, video/DVD rental shop, and bike rentals. It is an easy walk to fine dining at Cafe 30A, Angelina’s, a seafood market, and the best take-out deli in town.

Step Back in Time
You will be staying in a neighborhood zoned for one family homes–with nothing but the soft white sands and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico outside your front door. Private steps down to the beach make it fun to come and go from the beach as often as you wish, at any hour of the day or night. A hose spigot halfway up the steps, and private showers with hot water outside each bathroom, keep most sand where it belongs—outside your home. The breathtaking beauty of the beach from early morning to spectacular sunset is yours to enjoy from your private patio, sitting 30 feet above sea level.
Step Back In Time is a spacious, comfortable, well-kept older home. The unusually large great room includes a seating area with flat screen TV, a game table for 4 to 6, a dining room table that seats 10, and a large, open kitchen. The house is one level, perfect for toddlers to grandparents. The sun porch and large master bedroom both have Gulf view picture windows. The king size master bedroom has plenty of drawer space and a walk-in closet and private bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 queen beds each, both with attached full baths. Separate laundry room has a large washer and drier. Parking is provided for 5 vehicles, with 3 in the garage.
Conveniently located, it’s only a 5 to 10 minute walk west to the Seaside Town Center where a unique variety of restaurants, shopping and fun activities are available year round. Or take a 5 minute walk east to “V”, the newest fine dining restaurant on 30-A, or to the casual Village Market Restaurant, mentioned in Southern Living as a local favorite for grilled and fried grouper. First time visitors to Walton County will especially appreciate the bike path and walking trail that stretches many miles from Rosemary Beach through Seagrove Beach and on past Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.

Drift Away
This beautiful home is located directly on 30A, just east of Seaside. The home is situated across the street from the beach; no long walks or car drives to get there! With the perfect location and a private pool, you’ll never have to go far to enjoy your vacation.
With dual master bedrooms, this home would be great for two families vacationing together. Each has a king bed and a private bathroom. The guest room has a queen bed which shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, full bed on bottom, and an additional twin bed. The sleeper sofa has room for two more. All rooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players.
The living room features a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating for winding down the day or entertaining new & old friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, perfect for cooking large family dinners to bring everyone together. Spend the summer evenings grilling out on our propane grill. The dining room has a table that seats eight, and the breakfast bar seats an additional five.
Enjoy family fun nights around our pool, or play a friendly game of ping pong. No matter what your idea of fun is, Drift Away is sure to satisfy!

Large and luxurious to accommodate your every need, this home has two living areas, a well-stocked kitchen, plus third-floor wet bar. Each bedroom has its own TV and private bath.
Your group of 20 can sleep comfortably with three master suites with king beds, one room with two queen beds, one room with twin-over-twin bunks with trundle and a full, and one twin-over-twin bunk bed.
