Kokomo

Located in Seaside Proper, our house is minutes away from Seaside’s private beaches and pavilions. Until recently my wife Amanda and I lived here full time and loved being here. We believe you will too!

Named after the song by the Beach Boys, Kokomo is a luxury Seaside cottage that has just been remodeled with a true gourmet kitchen for those who want to indulge their passion. Try cooking our local seafood!! This fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and island plus new Viking and Bosch appliances. The comfortable dining room seats six.

The stylish living room has a 32″ flat screen TV and comfortable seating for entertaining. Invite both new and old friends over during your stay! Many of the rooms feature original art by local artists.

A spacious entrance hall leads to the elegant curving staircase. Situated in front of the tall, two story windows, the entrance is always filled with light.

At the end of the day, you can retreat to one of our cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, comfy seating, and built in bookcases. Wind down the day watching your favorite show or a movie on our 32″ flat screen TV. The private bathroom features marble floors and a large glass enclosed shower.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be easily turned in to a king bed. This bedroom also has its own flat screen TV and private bathroom. For extra sleeping space in a pinch, the loveseat in the living room folds out to a twin bed.

The balcony off the bedrooms has comfortable outdoor furniture. No vacation is complete without ending your day sipping a drink while watching the sun set over Seaside. On holidays you can watch the fireworks from your own private perch.
