This house is located in Phase III bordering the state forest. If you like the quiet while at home- yet want to be close to all the action, this is the best located house in WaterColor ! There is very little traffic and a quiet street for kids to ride bikes and play on. The lake and walking paths are accessed at the end of the block.
This residence is on the north side of Western Lake on the corner of Cove Hollow and Blue Stem Lane it is less than a five minute bike ride across the lake to the Beach Club. Walk just two full blocks down the street and you are crossing the bridge to Town Center. It is also just two blocks away from the Phase III ‘frog’ pool.
Professionally decorated at a standard well above a typical rental. One guest has described it as having a contemporary beach loft feel. This home is for the guest that desires, appreciates, and will take good care of a ‘step above’ rental. Please see the comments in our guestbook. The four single bed bunk room is a great place for kids to sleep, play, and simply be ‘lost’. They can be two floors away without getting into trouble and the adults get their peace and quiet.

The Love Shack
The Love Shack is a beautifully decorated three bedroom, three bath cottage located in the Watercolor Camp District. Enjoy covered, off street parking on this quiet cul-de-sac on Red Cedar Way. It is truely one of the best locations in Watercolor. It is in the middle of everything yet very quiet and secluded. NO CONSTRUCTION ANY WHERE NEAR OUR HOME! You will be just around the corner from the Tennis Center, Publix grocery store and Camp WaterColor, plus a short bike ride to the beach and Seaside.
Upstairs you will enjoy a spacious Master King Bedroom, with huge bath with jetted garden tub and separate stand up shower and double vanities. The first guest bedroom upstairs, has a private bathroom, and 2 sets of bunk beds and a hide-a-bed. SLEEPS FIVE!!!! Guest room has books and a toy chest of toys. We have also installed a new 26″ flatscreen TV with DVD/VCR and a XBox with various video games. Your children will LOVE it!!!
The second Guest Bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and a private bath.
There are TV’s in every room plus one in the kitchen and living area.
The screened porch is a nice area to sit and relax. The porch leads to spacious deck with outdoor dinning area. Below the deck is a brick patio with a grill and an outdoor shower. The patio opens onto conservation forest area. YOU CAN HEAR THE OCEAN IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT!!! The home fronts on a beautifully maintained park which is perfect for children to run around and play while you sit on porch and watch. One side of the part is wooded and one side is grass.

Our professionally decorated 3 bedroom and 3 bath home is located in The Camp District. 394 Red Cedar Way is just a short stroll away to Camp Watercolor!
You can relax on our oversized front porch in our cozy swinging bed!!! We are on a very quiet, private, secluded section of Red Cedar away from busy streets and construction. You are a short stroll to the Tennis Center, Camp Watercolor, and a short bike ride to Seaside and the beach! Directly in front of our home nestled behind trees is a great open “play area” for your kids to enjoy..
Port of Call has many upgrades that you will not find in many rental homes! Pine floors, cedar beams, and custom made pine furniture are throughtout the lower level. You can cozy up on the sofa in front of fireplace and watch your favorite complimentary Netflix movies on our High Defintion flat screen TV, listen to your favorite tunes on the iphone docking station speakers,or let your kinds unwind upstairs while playing Xbox 360, games or watching movies in the kids room!!!
Our dining area has a table that seats 8 that opens to a screened in porch with comfortable seating ( a love seat and 2 club chairs) overlooking a greenbelt/ nature preserve offering you complete privacy. We offer a grill for outdoor cooking and a outdoor shower for showering off after a day at the beach!

Our home is located across from a charming park situated with benches and perfect for play and relaxation. Sit in an Adirondack chair on our front porch or swing upstairs and enjoy a beautiful view.
Our property consists of a main house and a carriage house. The main house features a beautiful, large kitchen which opens up to the dining room and living room. The dining room table seats 10 persons. Additionally, there are 5 counter stools around the kitchen island, and there is an outdoor dining area located on the screened in porch adjacent to the dining room which seats 8.
There are 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms in the main house. In the main house there are 3, separate bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds which accommodate 4 persons. The fifth bedroom features two built-in bunk beds sleeping 4 persons as well.
The main living area is comfortable for large families as there are two sofas, plus two side chairs. In the upstairs of the house, there is a living area ideal for a kid’s space with a sofa, chair, TV and games.
The separate carriage house has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and one full bathroom. In the living area of the carriage house, there is a sleeper sofa. The carriage house has a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, cook top and a sink with disposal.
Six adult bikes are included with the rental of our home.
This cottage is perfect for a gathering of family and friends. Sit back, relax outside on the porch while listening to music via outdoor speakers while watching children play across the way in the park. Grill up your fresh catch on our installed gas grill. Enjoy our beautiful home only steps from a Watercolor beach access boardwalk and the Watercolor Beach Club. The house fronts on the bike path and 30-A, conveniently located near Seaside.
Our home is very comfortable and spacious with all of the features you expect in a second home. Enjoy the screened porch while grilling on an outdoor gas grill. Additional outdoor living spaces are found on the ample front porches, as well.
Inside there is plenty of room for the entire family to relax with a large living/dining area as well as an upstairs den for the children.
A fully equipped kitchen with Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances including wet bar with wine refrigerator and ice maker will make cooking and entertaining a pleasure. All bedrooms and the bunk room have private baths. Each king bedroom (3) enjoys a 42″ flat screen TV, as well.
Additional flat screen TV’s and DVD players are found in the living room and upstairs den. The house is also wired with a full-house audio system and wireless internet access. There is a washer/dryer on each floor.
The Caddy Shack, complete with queen bedroom and bath with shower, living room and full kitchen, is also available for rent in conjunction with the main house.
Views of the Gulf of Mexico from the third floor tower are truly amazing for both checking surf conditions or watching the sunset!
Please, no pets nor smoking on the property. Must be a minimum 25 years of age to rent. Maximum main house occupancy is 10 guests, including all children. The Caddy Shack will accommodate 2 additional guests. We have an absolute maximum of 12 guests on the property.
The Caddy Shack rents only with main house during spring break and summer
Rental rates will need to add a $350 departure cleaning fee and 11.5% Florida lodging tax. All rentals require a $1500.00 deposit.

The open floor plan of the home is a fabulous use of space, with the living, kitchen, and dinning areas all connected. It’s the perfect amount of space for any size family or families.
